FREE Eclipse Season Group Energy Healing Circle

Join this FREE Eclipse Season Group Reiki Healing Circle to receive the transformative and healing energy of Reiki.  Eclipse season can be a life-changing time of year when we surrender to the flow of our soul path and learn to lean into where we are being led as we let go of what no longer is. Energy healing supports our intentions as we navigate this powerful portal into our highest timeline and manifest our deepest desires. 

The energy healing will last about 60 minutes.  Plan to get comfortable and lie down for the duration of the healing.  Afterward, we will have an optional opportunity to share your experience and connect in circle.  Total time of about 75-90 minutes, but feel free to leave after the healing ends. 

The Group Energy Healing will be held virtually on Zoom with access to the replay for 1 week following the live event. Energy healing is not limited by space - it still works virtually! YOU WILL BE EMAILED A ZOOM LINK TO ACCESS THE EVENT + REPLAY

HOW TO PREPARE: 

You can explore more about Reiki Therapy here 

• The group healing will last approximately 1 hour via Zoom, and we may extend time depending on the group for sharing and other exploration
• You can tune into the replay at any time for up to 1 week following the live event
• -Be intentional to set aside time for yourself, when you can be minimally disrupted. 
• Create your healing space using cozy pillows, blankets, bolsters, any crystals, smudging, scents, personal items, etc. 
• Find a comfortable position for yourself where you can rest and receive for the duration of the Reiki healing. Lying down on a yoga mat/bed is often preferred.
• You may decide to set a personal healing intention for the session, to deepen your practice
• Have a pen and paper available for any notes, writing prompts, and exercises shared during our time and afterward for self-reflection and integrating your healing experience 

A REPLAY recording will be sent via email shortly after the LIVE event, so you can participate in the Reiki healing whenever you like!

Please Note: Group Healing is a wonderful experience where we can hold a shared intention and experience Reiki together.
