Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy has been an incredible tool in my own personal healing journey. Not only on a physical level, but I also use essential oils to reframe emotional and mental patterns. I love incorporating essential oils into my healing space for others as well, to engage the senses for a richer, more connected experience and environment.
What are essential oils?
Essential oils are the essence of a plant, a gift from the earth, distilled and prepared for you to bring the power of nature into your home.
Inside many plants—hidden in roots, seeds, flowers, and bark—are concentrated, highly potent chemical compounds. These natural compounds are essential oils.

Essential oils are pure extracts from plants, they are 50-70 times more powerful than herbs and are nature’s defense mechanism for plants and cells. They are highly concentrated so a little goes a very long way and they are safe, effective, affordable, and an alternative to many synthetic products and/or remedies.

Essential oils can be used in a multitude of ways: they can be aromatically smelled via a diffuser, in personal fragrance or applying a drop to hands or tissue and inhaled, topically on the skin added to lotions or oils, or added to a variety of household cleaning recipes.
